Information We Collect
When you contact us through the website contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide freight forwarding services.
Website Attribution Data
To understand which channels lead to enquiries, the website may record the referring domain, campaign tags such as UTM parameters, the first landing page, the last non-direct source, the page where an enquiry was submitted, and the service selected. Recognized source groups can include Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, paid search, other referrals, and direct or unknown traffic.
First-touch attribution may be stored in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. Some browsers and applications do not provide referral information; in those cases the source is recorded as direct or unknown rather than inferred.
Analytics and Service Providers
We may use Google Analytics to measure website visits and successful enquiry events. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, email notification, and server-side aggregate lead-event reporting. Analytics events do not include the name, email address, phone number, message, or shipment description entered in the contact form.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, prepare freight quotes, arrange shipments, and communicate about your import or export requirements. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Shipment Data
Information related to active shipments — including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations — is retained as required by CBSA and applicable Canadian customs and transportation regulations, and shared with carriers, customs authorities, and partner facilities only as necessary to execute the shipment.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to facilitate follow-up communication. Client records related to customs filings and shipment documentation are retained as required by CBSA and applicable regulations. Browser-based attribution data expires after up to 90 days; analytics data is retained according to the configured settings of the applicable analytics service.
