Warehousing & Fulfillment in Vancouver and Toronto
Warehousing and fulfillment in Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area through our partner Transpac Supply Chain. Short-term storage for transloading, long-term inventory for distribution, and pick-and-pack fulfillment for e-commerce and B2B importers — fully integrated with your ocean, air, and trucking shipments.
Eztrans offers warehousing and 3PL fulfillment in Vancouver and the Greater Toronto Area through our partner Transpac Supply Chain — the same facility we use for transloading. When your container arrives at Vancouver port, we move it directly from drayage into the warehouse, receive inventory, and ship orders. No separate 3PL relationship to manage.
The service
Warehousing and 3PL fulfillment covers short-term transload storage (cargo passes through in days), long-term inventory holding, and outbound order fulfillment including pick-and-pack, parcel shipping, and B2B pallet dispatch. Bonded warehouse capability allows importers to defer duty payment until goods are released into Canadian commerce.
How Eztrans handles it
Warehousing at Eztrans is an extension of the shipment, not a separate relationship. When your container clears port, our team moves it directly into the Transpac facility in Vancouver (or GTA), devans and receives inventory, and begins order processing. You get one WMS log-in, one operations contact, and one invoice that covers freight, handling, and fulfillment.
Common challenges
Where warehousing gaps create supply chain risk
- Warehouse space near the Port of Vancouver is chronically tight — importers who don't pre-book lose the slot at peak season
- When your freight forwarder and 3PL are different companies, container arrivals don't automatically trigger receiving appointments
- E-commerce fulfillment requires daily order processing — warehouse-only providers who batch weekly don't cut it
- Duty deferral programs require bonded storage, which most standard 3PLs can't offer
Process
How Eztrans manages your inventory
- 1
Inbound receiving
Container is delivered from port by our drayage team, devanned, and counted against your packing list. Any discrepancies are photographed and reported immediately — not discovered at the next cycle count.
- 2
Storage and inventory management
Palletized or floor-stacked storage, bonded or non-bonded. You have WMS visibility into on-hand quantities and movement history in real time.
- 3
Order processing
B2B orders are pick-and-palletize with EDI-compliant packing slips; e-commerce orders are single-unit pick-and-pack with parcel label generation. Daily order cutoffs for same-day dispatch.
- 4
Outbound dispatch
Parcel shipments go out via major carriers; pallet and FTL orders are dispatched through Eztrans trucking. You see the outbound tracking data in the same system as your inbound inventory.
- 5
Reporting
Monthly inventory, throughput, and KPI reporting. Discrepancy claims are backed by receiving photos and WMS records.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers for Canadian importers evaluating freight forwarding, China–Canada shipping, and integrated logistics options.
Where are your warehouses located?
Our partner Transpac Supply Chain operates warehousing facilities in the Vancouver area (near the Port of Vancouver and Fraser Valley) and in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga / Brampton). Both facilities offer transload, storage, and fulfillment services.
Do you offer e-commerce fulfillment?
Yes. We provide pick-and-pack fulfillment for e-commerce sellers, including single-unit picking, parcel shipping integration, returns processing, and daily order cutoffs. We can integrate with Shopify, Amazon FBM, and other major platforms.
What is bonded warehousing and do I need it?
A bonded warehouse stores imported goods without duty being paid until the goods are released into Canadian commerce (or re-exported, in which case no duty is owed). It's useful for inventory you may re-export, for deferring duty cash flow, or for high-duty goods. Eztrans can advise whether bonded storage suits your situation.
Can you transload from ocean container to domestic trailer?
Yes — Vancouver transloading is a core offering. We unload your ocean container at our Vancouver warehouse, restack onto 53ft domestic trailers, and dispatch to inland Canada. This is more cost-efficient than rail-shipping the original ocean container inland.
